We only collect information you choose to give us. The contact form on this site asks for your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. Nothing else is required to reach us.

This website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used — which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are in the world, and how they arrived. It sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_*) so that repeat visits can be recognised as the same session, and sends that usage data to Google, which processes it on our behalf. We use it to understand what people are looking for. We do not run advertising cookies, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell this data.

You can opt out at any time by using your browser's do-not-track or cookie controls, or by installing Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The site works exactly the same either way.

Separately, your browser's local storage holds a single key, contact_submissions, which records the timestamps of your recent form submissions so the form can rate-limit itself. It stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.

Contact form submissions are used solely to read and respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Submissions are delivered to our team by email through EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. Your message passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox, subject to their own privacy terms.

Enquiries reach us as email and are retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so, unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email contact@perceptiaai.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honour those requests where they apply.

Some images on this site are served from third-party hosts, and our pages link to external sites such as LinkedIn and GitHub. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of services we do not operate.

The third parties that receive data from this site are Google (analytics, as described above) and EmailJS (contact form delivery). Each processes that data under its own privacy terms.

This site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send confidential material such as credentials or sensitive personal data through the contact form.
