Hi, we’re Syed Taha Rizvi and Arshad Malik, co-founders of PerceptiaAI.We started PerceptiaAI because we kept seeing the same problem. Growth-stage and mid-market businesses were investing in AI initiatives, software projects, and digital transformation efforts that looked promising on paper but did not create meaningful operational impact in practice.
Some ended up with strategy decks full of ideas but little execution. Others got generic agency work that never addressed the real complexity inside their business, including the workflows, integrations, internal tools, automations, and client-facing systems that actually drive results.

Our Story: PerceptiaAI was shaped by hands-on experience building and scaling technology for businesses dealing with real operational complexity. Across fintech, healthcare, logistics, retail and e-commerce, and B2B SaaS, we saw the same pattern again and again. Companies in the 20 to 300 employee range often had specific operational challenges that off-the-shelf platforms could not solve, while enterprise consulting approaches were too slow, too expensive, or simply the wrong fit.
